About
Built by operators, for Swiss teams that need AI they can trust.
Devon WallerFounder & Engineer
DVN Solutions is led by Devon Waller, a Zurich-based engineer working across cybersecurity, IT operations, and software. We build approval-safe AI operations and the security around them, for small Swiss and German teams.

Why we exist
Most teams lose their best hours to operational churn.
Different request, same hidden loop: gather context, check the system, draft the next step, update the record, follow up. None of it is wasted, but most of it can be captured, routed, and logged better than a small team has time to build alone. Here is the part most people get backwards. AI does not shrink the work. It raises what your team can take on, which means more to ship, more to decide, and more that needs a human steering it. We build the systems that turn that new capacity into leverage instead of chaos.
Background
From the front line of IT to cybersecurity.
Devon's path runs from hands-on IT support and systems engineering into cybersecurity, the layer where repetitive work, security judgement, and business-critical workflows meet. That mix shapes how we build: practical enough for daily operations, security-aware enough for sensitive data, and fast enough for teams that can't wait six months for progress.

What we believe
Autonomy is earned, not assumed.
Our systems observe, draft, recommend, and explain. You approve, edit, or reject. Over time the system learns your voice, your decision logic, and your risk boundaries. Only once it can predict your judgement reliably does low-risk work move toward automation. That's how AI becomes leverage instead of liability.
Swiss-first, honestly.
We're Swiss-based and build with Swiss-first data residency wherever the architecture allows. Not every external API can be Swiss-only, and we won't pretend otherwise. But client data, lead records, and audit trails stay as close, controlled, and transparent as possible. For Swiss SMBs, that's part of trust, not a nice-to-have.
How we work
A partner, not a package.
We start with discovery, scope the smallest useful system, ship the first version carefully, and stay on as a technical partner once it becomes part of daily work. We move fast, but we don't skip the thinking: we ask the uncomfortable questions early, explain trade-offs clearly, and build what the business actually needs. No black boxes, no lock-in.
